What is your refund policy?
We price our talks to be affordable for all. After all the fees and administrative costs, it is not feasible for us to offer refunds.
How do I know how to get to the AfterGlow?
When you check-in at the talk, the volunteers will notice that you have purchased the AfterGlow option. You will then be handed a map to the location.
Do You offer military discounts?
Service members are welcome to attend the talk with your military ID. Please RSVP at the member rate, and put Military in the comments section. You will be required to show your ID when you arrive at the talk.
How many people can attend?
NAMBA Performing Arts Space can accomodate seating for approximately 80 people. Please contact us if you have more specific concerns or needs – (805) 653-2501.
Do I need to bring a printed ticket?
No, our volunteers will check you in at the event. But we do recommend keeping a copy of your reciept just in case.
Do you offer student discounts?
We offer entrance to students and faculty attending as a class assignment free of charge. Fill out the form on this page and then in the notes, please indicate teacher, school and class.
How do I find out about membership?
We would love to have you join! Go to our Membership page and sign up!
Is there parking at NAMBA Performing Arts?
There is no parking lot specific to the venue. There are however numerous public lots and street parking within walking distance.
