We often receive letters from the children
who have attended our Learning To See Youth Outreach classes. Below are
some letters from these happy customers, unsolicited and written with
the sincerity that only children have:
"Thank you
for teaching us lessons on Focus on the Masters.
I appreciate the projects we've done. I especially enjoyed making
the blue leave (sic) plate. ...learning about positive and negative
space. Thank you very much."
Sincerely,
Tiffany
"Hi, I thought I would
write something different. I made this into a paper crane, this is
to prove that you are making a difference in every thing you do, so
keep going!"
"I want to thank you for taking up your time
for us.
I also want to thank you for teaching us how to use art and how
to take care of our paints and how to draw, use photography, and
how to draw your own shoe too. Also I want to thank you for presenting
us Focus On The Masters. I like the tile one the most, the one you
had to pound down on the clay to let the air out of the clay. Thank
you for taking up your time for this series."
Sincerely,
Eduardo
